Categories are what matters most to you when looking for a house or apartment. e.g. When looking for my home if I care about the price, available parking, and size of the home. Then those are the respective categories I will use in Cool igloo. Categories are consistent across all homes, so choose which categories are important to you first, then start adding homes. The following is a list of all the pre-populated categories in Cool Igloo, these are by no means comprehensive and you can add your own custom categories to meet your own needs. The LITE version of Cool Igloo is loaded with only 5 categories; monthly cost, bedrooms, quiet surroundings, distance to work, and size.
